Hotel maravilhoso, infraestrutura espetacular, melhor café da manhã que já presenciei em minhas viagens. Piscina de água bel gelada, mas o hotel tem piscina aquecida, paisagem incrível.

Local muito bonito. Nos ultimos andares, passaros barulhentos fazem ninhos e nos acordam as 0400. !! toda noite. Nesses andares a pressao dagua no chuveiro é muito baixa.

Hotel incrível com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Atendimento muito bom, todos os funcionários são bem educados e simpáticos. Único defeito é o horário de funcionamento do bar e a piscina que fecham bem cedo, o bar as 18:00 e a piscina as 20:00. E após o fechamento não tem opção de lazer nenhuma, pois os tacos da mesa de sinuca e a raquete do ping pong estão bem velhos. E não tem como jogar direito. Fora isso, não tenho o que reclamar.

Estadia excelente. Hotel limpo, confortável e funcionários disponíveis e atenciosos. O local é muito bonito, com uma vista maravilhosa do lago de Furnas. Pessoal muito atencioso , prestativo, em especial o Baiano que nos atendeu sempre muito bem. apt amplo , banheiro limpo, hotel muito bem localizado, organizado e muito bonito, de muito bom gosto todos os setores, cafe da manha muito bom bastante variedade.
