Everything the guy working up front was just talking on the phone for like 5 minutes while i was just standing there and then when i walked into the room there was mold on bottom of the beds the lamp was disgusting and there were cobwebs everywhere where

Clean it up more it looks dingy and dirty on the outside so that it makes people don’t wanna even get it, but if they already purchased it, they have no choice

It has a bad odor once you walk in the building the look isn’t appealing and the and the customer service is horrible

Charged double because manager said he didn’t see my first booking then later said he can see it after I paid twice

This place should be shut down! It’s no place for a family to stay. My kids coughed the whole night & when we woke up to check out & checked the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything we saw a molded apple underneath the bed we slept in. The rooms are not as pictured. The floor we stayed on had women selling themselves & going from room to room all night. We spoke to the front desk about it & a woman cut us off & told us the staff is aware of everything & that this place traffics kids.

Only benefit is it’s close to Truist Park- Otherwise, HORRIBLE!

They didn’t serve breakfast it was the worst stay ever so many roaches 🤬🤬🤬😡😡the beds so nasty the floor dirty the hotel dirty pissy elevators the man the work the front desk never there always in a room smoking are smoking in the storage room by the vending machine

I have never stayed in a more unprofessional place ever.

The entire place needs to be condemned. From the mold and asbestos to the murder scene vibes. If you want the bates motel experience this is the place for you. Exposed electrical outlets mold in the showers drywall halfway done. Broken side table and no batteries in the remote.
