Over all, a great stay. Staff at check in and checkout were super friendly. Really appreciated the list of things to do in ATX. Room was clean and the pool was nice. Would stay again.
I put chocolate chips in my pancakes, 5 stars.
Overall the property is a good value however it is showing its age. If you want towel service or the room refreshed you need to let them know the day before, otherwise the employees are really nice and helpful.
Good location
Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel. Easy check in. In a safe neighborhood. Near expressway. Property is very clean. Nice pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was pretty good standard continental. Only issue we had was the housekeeping. We put the do not disturb sign out the first three days and we appreciated them not stopping. However, on the fourth day we took the sign off, hoping for bed turndown and fresh towels - that didnt happen. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Had a great and relaxing time at this hotel. Management (Raul) helped me with a mistake with my reservation when I first arrived. Staff has been friendly and welcoming. I will definitely bring coming back again and sending others to this hotel when in Austin Texas
