Nice house with a garden in front. easy access to the Wanaka lake
the property consists of 2 guest houses, so privacy can be an issue especially as the bedroom windows are also low. need to remember to use curtains at night.

Location was great , walking distance to town and great view. Great 3 bedroom house with all we needed for a brilliant stay.
There are no toiletries supplied and the cleaning fee should be included in the price . We imagined there are a lot of tourists like us who stay here , so we were a bit surprised to find that there were no shampoos, conditioners or body wash , it is just inconvenient to have to go out and buy that when it could be easily supplied . Would also have loved if the cleaning fee is included in the total price , as It did catch us by surprise and isn’t necessarily clear when making the booking .

The location is excellent, close to the lake, close to the township and quiet street. Parking right at the front door, convenient at loading and unloading ski gears/ kids. Well equiped kitchen. The heating was superb, wall panel heater, woodfire as well as a heat pump. The bed was comfortable.
Wifi had to be purchased separately, and the connection was a bit slow and unstable.
