Convenience to destination.

We checked out early, April 11, due to feeling unsafe at this location and attempted to cancel the remainder of our reservation through April 14. The issues began at check in with a homeless person wandering the facility and using the public restroom and pool. As we were parking and going to our room there was a group of people who were clearly intoxicated and rather loud hanging around downstairs. Once we were settled in our room the people in the room next to ours began shouting and slamming things. This behavior continued until nearly midnight. In the morning it intensified with a lot of foul language and screaming as a woman was banging on the door shouting to be let in using a lot of profanity and yelling about the police being at the hotel. We later learned the police had been called for a situation involving a room on the first floor, near to where the first group of people we encountered were staying. Despite checking out early, we were charged for all 4 nights.

I enjoyed the Hot tub, the breakfast restaurant and the bar/night club, food was good, parking was more than adequate, people were friendly and helpful. Thank you , John H. Johnston, Hartland, Michigan

I called the Holtel and requested a change on my stay from the 7th of January 2026 to the 21st of January 2026 and the Holtel in New port Richie (Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center) They Confirmed the change. later I received an Email from Booking stating that they could not make the change and that they would have to contact Quality Inn for their approval. The reason I had to cut the trip short my younger brother was in the Hospital in Michigan. I believe that Booking owes me 14 or 15 days that I didn't use. Quality Inn stated that Booking should clear this issue? I believe I did everything correct. Please let me know if Booking is going to clear up this issue or not. John h. Location. No issue with Booking.com

Room/property needs a full revamp. The floor was very dirty and in need of replacement. Inconstant linen exchange, often missing one or more size of towels. Staff were indifferent. Might be okay for a night, but not more!
