Your employees were wonderful, helpful and friendly!! Location was perfect!! Beds were so comfortable and the shower was wonderful, nice and hot!!

I arrived at the hotel and they told me I didn't have a reservation. I'm going to file a complaint with Booking and the hotel. The two reservations I made with Booking couldn't be found, so I had to go to another hotel and pay again.

There was a really good guy at the check-in named Jeff a very polite true professional who dealt with my needs very well and didn't push back or give me any nasty attitude like I got from others at the front desk including the front desk manager woman.

I stayed here for 8 days and when I wanted to extend one night I was met with the nastiest attitude in the morning and they were trying to make me check out and then check back in 3 hours later it was incredible and when I complained to the manager, she didn't like what I had to say and then said I was yelling at her, which was completely untrue she just didn't like what I had to say she's really not going to like what I have to say in the rest of my review or the pictures that I have to add. What is really pathetic is the fact that I fell when I tripped over the exposed sprinklers that are shown in the photos below and in spite of being sore and needing to get a massage and feeling beat up for the rest of my trip and then being forced to sleep in my van because they wouldn't let me have the room on my last night, I still haven't contacted a lawyer. That being said the only decent human beings that I encountered was Jeffrey at the check-in when I first arrived the only consummate professional in the front of the house. And then also to the maintenance supervisor another consummate professional. Truthfully the maintenance team and Jeff in the front are the only ones worth a damn over there. I wiped the granite off when I first arrived around the sink and I'm telling you the washcloth was brown black and gray from what I cleaned off of the sink luckily I had rubbing alcohol with me to disinfect everything with after that. The roaches with the lollipop stick under the heater or from my neighbor's room some very nice people who were also traveling. I was traveling alone with my dog and the treatment by the manager and a few of the front desk staff at different times is that they're used to dealing with crackheads,but the disrespectful dismissive attitude spoke to me of an issue that I can't put my finger on that these women had. maybe it's their psych meds?
