The receptionist was friendly & tried assisting as much as possible

The room was just to meeting standards. Old carpets & generally not fresh. Water system not working very well. The water switches to cold now & then in the middle of a taking a shower. We didn’t know that they won’t be cleaning rooms on Sunday until we were there….. more like being trapped.
