Absolutely nothing !

Just oposite a beautiful sandy beach, close to center and shops. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast different then usual continental, but very tasty and fresh (just like on the photos on the website). The rooftop restaurant is wounderful and serves fresh and tastfull food. We enjiyed our stay very much and would highly recomend this host.

Great location, just across the street from wonderful beach. Easy to find parking and in walking distance of many great restaurants. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with a small tea kitchen, and we had a beautiful sea view. Beach towels were provided as well. Breakfast had so many delicious options!

Music from the rooftop was very loud in our room on the 3rd floor, as it's just beneath the rooftop. Playing all day from breakfast time to Midnight (low season, the sign said 1am, maybe in high season?) So bring your earplugs, if you're a light sleeper and wish to rest during the day or sleep before Midnight/1am ;)

Geweldige ontvangst, juist buiten centrum ( 5 min wandelen) en heel rustig. Mooie rooftop met heel lekker eten en geweldig ontbijt, zeker een ster meer waard. Heel vriendelijk personeel en gastheer-gastvrouw. Voor hethaling vatbaar.

We had the pleasure of staying for 10 nights at this wonderful accommodation and we can’t praise it enough. Our ground floor room was comfortable, featuring a king-size bed and a lovely small terrace. It was spotlessly clean, with fresh bed sheets and towels provided daily. The room was fully equipped, and the rain shower was a delightful touch that added to our comfort. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight of our stay. The view of the municipal stadium and the Aegean Sea was stunning, and the breakfast was both diverse and delicious, with new ingredients and dishes added every day. We particularly enjoyed the selection of authentic Greek specialties. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The owners are truly passionate about their business and care deeply about their guests. Venetia, in particular, was extremely accommodating and graciously allowed us to settle our payment at the end of our stay when there was an issue with our card payment upon arrival. Her flexibility and understanding were greatly appreciated and made us feel at ease. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent throughout our stay, and parking was conveniently available around the building. We genuinely felt at home here and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our stay so special. This is undoubtedly our top choice in the area, and we look forward to returning. If you are planning a trip to Sithonia we highly recommend this place for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Can't recommend this enough ♡ Thanasis loves his job, and it shows. Perfect location, away from the crowd but just a few minutes from restaurants and shops. Extra comfy bed and the prettiest spot for your breakfast in the morning.
