Çok memnun kaldık hersey çok güzeldi

Otelde 3 gece konakladık ve servisten, odalardan çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Kız arkadaşım bileziğini otelde unuttu, aradık kargoyla göndereceklerini söylediler. Odalar mükemmeldi, içinde havuz olması çok ayrı bir ambiyans katmış. Yurtdışı standartlarını yakalamışlar, bir daha gelmek isteriz. Teşekkürler

Staff was excellent. Because of Covid restrictions they served food to the room. Menu was good and food was always fresh/hot. Food was very well prepared and flavors were good. Reception was always nice and helped with any request. View of the marina is very nice and everything is close and you can walk easily.

Booked this hotel due to it’s aesthetic appeal. I must say the suites are created with great vision and having visited for inspiration I was very happy with the room quality and design. Breakfast in bed in bed was a plus although very simplistic in offering and also the slightly delayed check out was much appreciated. Just a few suggestions, I do think complimentary turn down chocolates fit in nicely in the suites, it’s an odd suggestion and I can’t remember the last time I received these when visiting a hotel or suite but I think it adds an element of warmth to the cool rooms for some reason. I think Bluetooth speakers in the room would add another element in the room (Marshall Stanmore or Roberts DAB radio would fit in nicely) and would justify the pricing strategy a bit better with an extra amenity although it’s fairly reasonable. My second suggestion is being a little discreet with COVID disinfecting luggage process, I understand it’s normal practice in many hotels and suites now but I just found it too be a little dramatic here and a bit of unneeded distraction when checking into a hotel with a relaxed chill vibe, although it was great to see that the property is taking COVID seriously. Impressive hotel suites but it also has so much more potential. I would love to see this hotel evolve.

Небольшой и очень уютный отель в центре города, на набережной. Красивый вид на Марину, вокруг много ресторанов. Рядом центральные улицы с магазинами, лавками и рынком. Очень внимательный персонал. В отеле все сделано с большой любовью и с вниманием к деталям. Персонал отлично говорит по английски. Я рекомендую этот отель для остановки в городе.
