Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and kitchen/breakfast lady was super friendly and helpful!

One of the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful, they also told us to mark in our numbered bay but later told us there are no numbered bays? Probably potential for some PD customer service 😵‍💫

We had a Queen room and it was giving a 70’s vibe. The bathroom in particular had not seen much updating since then and smelled of bleach. Having said that though, the bed and towels were nice and I actually had a great sleep here. Breakfast totally redeemed this place for me though - it was excellent. Cereals with 4 different types of milk, toast, a pancake machine and coffee machine. The staff were lovely also. Several restaurants and Red Rooster within a short walk.

The staff were outstanding from the beginning, ensuring we were able to get in comfortably after hours with no issues. The friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms comfortable, and location brilliant. We were able to get around the town simply by walking, which made outings very easy. Would absolutely recommend for a short or longer stay, and I will definitely be returning when I'm back in Busselton. I hope the staff know how wonderful they are :)
