My stay in this apartment (for single) was nice. However, it is better to begin with the negative features: the apartment is very small, so it may be unpleasant if you need space in your home; the entrance of the shower box is narrow (and has no curtain), so it is not for big persons; it may be cold in winter due to the location at the top of the building (there are two heaters, but one is very noisy); the seat had no cushion (I bought one and left it there); the tread of the stairs to access the apartment is narrow, so much care is needed to carry weights. Now the positive features that, for me, overcome the negative ones: the location is good because you have metro, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc at walking distance (in 20 min you reach the historical area of Lyon); the price is good for a full (though small) apartment with microwave, kitchen utilities, fridge, private bath toilet, TV (which I did not watch), etc; you have the privacy that you will not have if book a room in the house of someone else. By the way, the owner left the key in a locker, so there was no delay to enter when I arrived. So, for someone who does not mind about the negative features, but wants to save money and have privacy, I recommend this apartment.
