Good location. Well-decorated. Facilities were suitable for a longer stay, but we only booked three nights. Nice shower.

As an Air B&B-type facility, there was no personal contact, but instructions were good and communication occurred via WhatsApp. We DO like a face to go with the name, but no further contact was necessary, so it worked. I wish the bed was somewhat bigger… my wife and I are no longer used to midnight traffic problems, but it worked.

The building has a great location in Granada's Old Town. Access to the property requires overcoming several winding and narrow streets, which may be difficult for those with heavy luggage. The quiet and peaceful neighborhood is a major advantage. The room has its own style and has access to a large terrace directly adjacent to the room. Other facilities include air conditioning with a heating function (quiet operation), a small refrigerator and a kettle for heating water. The large shower in the bathroom is an added plus.

Unfortunately, the description on Booking.com doesn't match what we found: the kitchen, located on the floor below, doesn't have a coffee machine (only a moka pot), and the bathroom lacks a bidet. A clogged washbasin drain was a problem (the drain was cleaned, but it didn't have the proper effect).Another problem was the wobbly tap in the washbasin. Besides, it would be nice to have a TV in the room and a heater in the bathroom, (a portable electric heater is available). The booking.com offer contains the following information which is not fully understandable: "Electricity (heat or air conditioning) is for guest comfort use but is controlled, when this usage is exceeded additional charges may apply and will be charged directly to your credit card." We wondered if the air conditioning and heating could be used and when the monitored electricity usage could be exceeded. This is the first time we have encountered something like this. This may discourage guests from renting, given that the room can be quite cold in winter and spring.

1. Mario was so helpful, he went above and beyond to find us an alternative that worked when we found out the laundry machines were broken (and they were unfortunately broken at our previous accommodation too… which nobody offered any solutions for) 2. Convenient location! 3. Good value for price

1. The only major downside was the bathroom had a strong moldy odor after anyone showered, and sometimes even when it was dry. I think this could be due to the standard fan sizes though as some other places in Spain had this issue too. 2. Bed could be a little firmer with better pillows but that’s a personal preference

Location was great. Good kitchen facilities and free tea provided. Big shower. Comfortable bed. Very friendly host with great recommendations upon arrival.

La ubicación del sitio está muy bien, a 15-20 minutos a pie de todo, el patio privado para los huéspedes es precioso, y el personal súper amable, y la persona que contactó conmigo me respondió todas las preguntas que le hice con mucho detalle y atención y me recomendó muchos sitios tanto para comer como para visitar. Es un sitio agradable para pasar las vacaciones, la cama no está mal, y tiene todo lo necesario. Fuimos en Semana Santa y no escuchamos ruido. Nos dejaron una botella de vino y una tarjeta felicitándonos la Semana Santa, cosa que me pareció un detallazo. Además tiene posibilidad de acceso independiente, te pasan un código y coges las llaves, lo cual me parece muy cómodo.

No se puede acceder con el coche a la puerta del alojamiento, lo que es algo incómodo para bajar el equipaje. El acceso puede ser un poco complicado para las personas con movilidad reducida, por el suelo empedrado y las escaleras (que no son altas), pero eso es cosa de la calle, no del alojamiento (ninguno de nosotros tiene movilidad reducida pero lo menciono por si ayuda a alguien). El grifo de la ducha que regula la temperatura está un poco atascado y la primera noche no nos pudimos duchar porque el agua salía ardiendo. Al día siguiente una trabajadora nos ayudó y consiguió ponerlo a una temperatura más agradable, pero seguíamos sin poder regularlo mucho. No había ningún recipiente para poder apoyar el cepillo de dientes. La limpieza en general está bien, pero se me cayó una cosa detrás de la mesilla de noche y debajo estaba sucio. Nos pusieron solo 3 toallas, una para la cara (estaría bien tener alguna toalla más, sobretodo por quienes tenemos el pelo largo) y dos para el cuerpo, y la mía de cuerpo estaba rota. He de decir que no pedí que me la cambiaran, ni tampoco pedí más toallas, simplemente lo menciono porque creo que son pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia. Pero seguro que si lo hubiera pedido me lo hubieran facilitado. En general tuvimos una buena experiencia
