The place is beautiful. Peaceful surroundings, very neat. Lots of activities. Unique building.

Food is not up to standards to a 5 stars hotel having a 1 Michelin star restaurant. We found mold in our “fresh” breakfast bread and almost broke a tooth chewing on a chicken bone in a Caesar salad. The T-bone steak is one of the worst we have ever eaten, chewy and was served cold. Long waiting times in restaurants, service is not coordinated. Worst part, when confronted with this, they only invited us for the salad and an ice cream. After having served us bread with MOLD. On top of that, prices at the spa are completely exorbitant for mediocre treatments.

evening meal was excellent, great service and 'augustine' was very knowledgeable and kindly showed me the wine cellar which was very interesting.

The breakfast was disappointing, cold eggs benedict not my favourite and staff were not very attentive.

Charming hotel with a unique environment and privacy. It’s located within a restored abbey from the XII century with only 30 rooms and a lot of privacy. Personnel is looking after you from minute 1 and are extremely polite. Finally, we have been doing wine tasting around the world for years and this has been the best experience by far. We will be back!!
