Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown

We had a fabulous experience at the four points hotel! The staff was amazing, especially Roxanne our breakfast server! She went above and beyond, she was so incredibly kind and accommodating! It was actually quiet because we were there early, and she took the time to sit and chat with us! She made us the most amazing and delicious hot chocolate! Roxanne was a joy! Everyone there did a fabulous job! Each staff member we dealt with was very accommodating and nice! Thank you! It’s also a cool shape 😁 the room was clean and the coffee in the room was actually really good!

I stayed at the hotel in 10/9/25. I was a guest of the Sports Management Program at FSU. At approximately 5:00pm I left Mr room to attend at meet and greet . Returning at approximately 8:00 pm. When I entered my room I notice my brief case was gone, nothing else!!. I immediately called the front desk, they hung up on me. I went down stairs and ask to speak with the manager, he was not on property and told me that he would deal with in the am. I asked the maintenance man if he took my bag, he told me that if he did I couldn’t prove in court. I immediately checked out of hotel. The next morning my father returned to the hotel . After being told by the front desk that the hotel had No Cameras, the General Manager said he only had cameras in the lobby. He see me coming into the hotel with the Gucci bag, but make the comments that when I checked out of the hotel the bag was in my suitcase. We had to call Tallahassee Police, they were not much help because there is no cameras. We are now going round and round with Marriott International. The General Manager is smug, disrespectful, arrogant.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly, parking was easy

Woke up at 3am to a HUGE roach crawling on me.

Professional, nice hotel

The front desk check-in was so personable and professional. The clerk, Miquel, was clearly empathetic and sympathetic so she worked to make everything better. Clean, up-to-date, comfortable, attractive room. I'm very pleased.

Rooms were nice am clean. Area around hotel is not the best. Parking lot could use better lighting and security. Front desk check in was not friendly.

Great place to stay while in town for game day.

There was an unattended barking dog locked in one of the rooms which barked incessantly from 4 PM to 10:30 PM. The noise was bothersome for the entire floor. I am OK with having a pet friendly facility but pet owners should not be allowed to leave their pets unattended for extended periods of time.
