"It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at not worth the money"

The pet room smells really bad and I told them so they just brought me some spray I checked for bedbugs no bedbugs. The bathroom was too small and the water coming out of the shower was a little brown and to get to the interstate 81 north you had to go the opposite way and do a U-turn. It’s not easy access.

We stayed there with my four children and my mom. The suite was perfect. Plenty of space for us. When you walked into the hotel, it smelled so nice. It was clean, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Very plentiful. Loved the outdoor pool and the grounds.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and a hot breakfast is always a bonus.

It's difficult to get out of the lot to make a left turn into the main road.

"BEST HOTEL IN HARRISBURG PA"

This is my favorite hotel to stay in in Harrisburg. Soooo very clean staff is AMAZING except one front desk person she is very rude and act like she don’t like her job. If you ever stay here you’ll know exactly who it is. The guy in the am and the lady with the short blonde hair are so so NICE they are my fav!

"Roomy and Homey Accessible Accommodation"

We had a homey, clean, and comfortable accessible room on the first floor. It was very roomy. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower with a fold-down seat. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast included eggs and sausage which was nice.

The door at the end of our hallway was not accessible from the outside which would have been nice since that is where we ended up parking. It's probably a security issue.
