The apartment itself had a lot of character and was comfortable for two people. We thought we were lucky having the apartment facing the street as it meant we had direct access to sunlight rather than the apartments that only had light from the internal court yard.

The first morning we had no hot water for showers. This was raised with management and we were informed building maintenance would address the issue. There was only hot water in the evening for the entire 4 nights we were there. The next two mornings there was only tepid-heated water for showers and on our last morning (check out) we finally got a hot shower in the morning. The shower itself leaks onto the floor so the pool towel had to be used to stop the leak. Also, the internal court yard and swimming pool/terrace area is very run down and is in need of a revamp. For the extremely high price we paid for the accommodation (that weekend the flamenco festival was on so can only assume the unusually high price was due to that?) we did expect to have hot water whenever we needed it.

I servizi. Su quattro giorni di permanenza abbiamo avuto l’acqua calda soltanto due giorni. Abbiamo segnalato l’anomalia al personale che mantiene la struttura pulita. Forse un guasto tecnico oppure l’incapienza della caldaia. E poi c’è bisogno di più manutenzione.

Wifi nicht immer stabil, kein Lumpen oder mehrere Tücher in der Küche.

Location near to sights and centre of city. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Clean and tidy. Great to have rooftop terrace to relax on. Easy to enter property with code. Near to supermarket. Quick response with owners.

If using soda bed in living room you need to shut the window - although the apartment was at the back of building, living room had alleyway at side and if window was open at night, traffic was loud. Clock had stopped. Rubbish bin broken. Not enough hangers for two people.

L’endroit est convivial, calme et très bien situé. Le studio (nº3) est spacieux et fonctionnel et en très bon état.

La température de la piscine très fraîche.

God og rummelig lejlighed og fint udstyret. Meget centralt beliggende i charmerende bydel. Hyggelig tagterrasse.
