Acústica do quarto era pessima. Muito barulho de carros, motos, bem como era possível ouvir os hóspedes transitando pela pousada ( subindo e descendo escadas, conversas)

Eu gostei muito do acolhimento do recepcionista, Rafael. Extremamente simpático e prestativo. Parabéns!

Da limpeza. Deixou muito a desejar. As escadas do mezanino estavam repletas de poeira. A lixeira do banheiro já se encontrava com lixo. O controle-remoto da tv não estava funcionando e um pequeno problema no chuveiro que foi brevemente resolvido pelo Rafael.
