Beach Haven Suites Hội An Apartment

Liked the relaxed location by the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was great for family of 4. Pool was lovely. Laundry service was awesome,even fixed hole in shirt. They were very helpful with arranging drivers and boat to Cham Island . Went above and beyond for us !!

Our family had a fantastic stay with Beach Haven Suites- everything was PERFECT - the staff were super attentive and welcoming, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in every sense. The rooms are spacious and very clean, in fact the property is particularly clean. The beds are big and comfy, we had a 2 bedroom apartment , each bedroom has a seperate bathroom, very handy. So lovely to have living area with lounge, table and kitchen , balcony was excellent with view of the beach , 4x chairs and still plenty of room for a proper drying rack . There is Aircon in each bedroom as well as the living area , ceiling fans also, they worked like a dream. So good to come home to a cool space . The internet was also amazing- the pool is small but very nice. The area is relaxed but not isolated- easy access to the beach, a selection of restaurants at the doorstep. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it you won’t regret it.

Really moldy smell - they try to cover it up with essential oils but if you are allergic to mold it won’t help! Room just next to the pool is in bad condition Really loud music just opposite to the hotel We were planning to stay for 6 nights we stayed 1 and moved somewhere else

This hotel was an absolute gem. The location was perfect and the staff were amazing. We booked 3 nights and ended up staying for 6.

Great accommodation, has everything you need, very clean and comfortable beds. Good location close to a not too busy beach.

Photos are exactly as the property is. Good water pressure & wifi, spotlessly clean, perfect location to the beach & local traders, short distance to town. All staff under the leadership of Dong were kind, professional & delightful. Every request was met with a smile & exceptional service.

The room we booked was very clean. spacious and nicely appointed with a blacony over looking the street that runs parallel to the beach. The bathroom shower had good water pressure, the bed was comfy with ample cupboard and shelf space.. The location is fantastic with cafes, bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach just across the road from it. The ancient town of Hoi An is just a short cab ride away too. Ms. Dong, who runs the place was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time visiting Hoi An and my daughter and I wished we had booked to stay here longer. We highly recommed this place!!

It can get a bit noisy at night because of the bars and restaurants playing music across the street but they don't go on past midnight.
