Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.

"Pontos a melhorar "

Pontos negativos: localização não muito boa e funcionários da recepção não são simpáticos. Principalmente o rapaz de barba que ficava na parte da tarde. Mal olhava na nossa cara p dar boa tarde! Não dava um sorriso. Sempre de cara fechada. A nossa chave do quarto deu problema alguns dias e no penúltimo dia não conseguiram limpar nosso quarto pois a chave deles não abria. Algumas toalhas da piscina estavam rasgadas. Pontos positivos: café da manhã muito gostoso. Estrutura do hotel muito boa e moderna. Quartos lindos, modernos e confortáveis. Limpeza boa.

A estadia foi maravilhosa! Localização central , próximo das praias e restaurantes . Pousada lindamente decorada , intimista e aconchegante , com poucos quartos dispostos de forma que a piscina se torna o ponto central para que as pessoas se encontrem e conversem . A piscina aliás é realmente maravilhosa , temperatura agradável , perfeita para relaxar após passar os dias nos passeios . Lindo jardim . Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa . Café da manhã maravilhoso , inesquecível a tapioca doce com castanha , essa vai ficar na lembrança

Gostamos do atendimento personalizado prestado pela equipe do hotel. A quantidade de quartos disponíveis possibilita isso e garante atenção especial a cada necessidade dos hóspedes, inclusive aos intolerantes à glúten e à lactose. O isolamento acústico nos quartos deixa a desejar, mas como são acomodações novas a correção será facilitada.
