I enjoyed thai food at restaurant and have good time with my family

The room was clean not like the comment that I read. I enjoyed swimming pool and had good time with my family

Breakfast was simple

The pictures advertising the hotel were FALSE!

Pictures depicted a clean well fortified room. In actuality EVERYTHING was dingy from the linen to towels. There was no phone, no clock and no microwave, all were advertised in the pictures on their website and Bookings. I was immensely uncomfortable and terribly disappointed!

The staffing was good and the place was good as well.

The bathroom vent and the phone to contact the front desk were not working.

The staff was rude they kept going on room even with the do not disturb sign on the door.. my son's phone got stolen out of the room.. the manager did want use to swim on the pool even after signing the waiver..

The building is old and not well maintained. The elevators wernt working properly. The carpets thruout are nasty.The floor tile in my room was loose and ready to come up. The bathroom was not well supplied IE.paper product, towels,soap and there were no cups for water or coffee. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You get what you pay for.
