Great location, parking was covered and felt safe! Rooms are very spacious!

We had asked for a playpen ahead of time for our room and it wasn’t in our room, we asked the lady at front desk she didn’t even bother looking saying she doesn’t know where it’s at. Also our blankets smelled old or like someone previously slept on. Fridge was dirty and barely cold

The free parking was a great perk. The parking was off-street in a dedicated garage. The staff were very accommodating. We were able to park our car several hours before check-in time. We also were allowed to check in at noon at no extra charge. St. Charles Streetcar stopped right outside the front entrance.The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and lots of big soft pillows were provided. There were 2 ceramic coffee mugs in the room, not the usual horrible paper cups. A+

There were some noisy guests at various times in the night talking loudly in the hall.

Covered, free parking was nice with clear instructions on how to access your automobile after hours because they do lock the garage overnight. Check in was really easy and they appeared to have my key ready when we arrived.

I will preface this with saying I was warned about the ongoing construction next door and it wasn't too bad (6/7/26) but I definitely heard some of it. But that wasn't too bad! when we first got to room it smelled like bleach, they probably had just cleaned the restroom maybe? At times the AC would smell like insecticide? Hard to explain, but I will say it was an overall pleasant experience, we were just there a night and it was fine for a night.

Nice rooms and sufficient facilities. Beds are great. The parking availability is great and the location is also nice, the tram from and to downtown stops very close by.

The people at the desk could be a bit more enthousiast and more welcoming when people enter the hotel or checking in, instead of checking their phones.
