Mas Ubud Villa by Sanga Sanga Hospitality

The staff are great, so friendly and welcoming, and always very helpful and kind. The room was comfortable, huge bed and very comfy. The location was great, very close to lots of Ubud attractions and the centre of the town. Lots of walkable facilities too like restaurants, laundry service and a little shop. It was really easy to get food deliveries too. We stayed for 5 nights and it was excellent value for money. Our room was tided and we got fresh towels every day. There is a very friendly cat that lives on site too.

The pool is mostly covered by trees so it doesn't get very warm. Our room was not very private, we could hear guests and staff all the time walking by, talking etc. The door does lock from the inside, but you can't lock it when you go out. It did feel very safe though. You are in a jungle environment so insects do get in, pretty sure there were ants living in our room as they came out every night. They didn't bother us, but some people might not like it. The shower head wasn't very clean, lots of limescale.

Great team, they went the extra mile for my family which is truly appreciated. We’ll be back.

We loved these villas. So clean. Staff not in your face but there when you needed. Great area. Local warnings vary good. People on reviews have complained about ants and other minor things. We loved it. Beds very comfortable. Private pool excellent

Quiet location on the hill looking over the ocean. Clean & friendly staff.

No hot water & had to buy water. No tea & coffee making in rooms.

Staff were very friendly and the location was good. Breakfast every morning was great.

Shower temperature

Lovely staff, super helpful. Nice, simple but delicious breakfast. Staff was always looking for a way to make our stay nicer. Rooms very perfect clean and new, hot shower, perfect bathrooms. Very very nice stay!
