"Excellent stay - clean, tidy and safe"

Staff were friendly, helpful and prompt Room was excellent for one person. Personally I dont find the bathroom space private enough to be sharing with others, but I was alone so it was perfect for my needs Breakfast was basic, but tasty enough, and quick service which was important to me a I had commitments early in the day Loved the Southbank area, although less convenient than the CBD for travel to the airport, but I prefer the Southbank to the CBD for accommodation

Im clutching at straws a bit, but the breakfast was very basic and I think there is room for improvement, but it was fine for a few days

Comfy bed in a very clean room! The staff were also really friendly. Walkable to trams, including free tram zone.

The room was much smaller than we expected, with the toilet and shower separated only by glass panels. Only stay in this room with someone else if you know them well! There was no opening window and the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and tricky to get the room to a good temperature.

"The rooms were toooo small for two women.. . No space for cases and no exhaust fan in toilet.no privacy from the other"

It was clean

It was small. Not a inviting entrance and no dining rm separate from the front desk No privacy from the other person in room when trying to shower and then dress. Had to dress in shower cubicle. Not a good bathroom situation at all.
