Cuscino troppo fino

I stayed here for the convenience of being close to a friends residence. Very large room. Modern conversion with big bed and sofa, small table and two chairs. Clean. River / lakeside position with a small patio area which unfortunately doubles as a car park and the views are further obscured by a 2 metre high wire fence. Plenty of public seating along the waters edge path.

This is a very old building converted into private apartments with a few hotel type rooms to let. The sound insulation appears to be non-existent. You can hear noise from other rooms, even distinct conversation, chairs moved on the hard floor etc. Noise from the central stairwell is also particularly bad. No opening windows in the room I stayed, the only ventilation was a bathroom vent (I never heard a fan running). I had to leave the main door open onto a small communal vestibule, then an outside door to let some air in.

Pas de petit déjeuner de proposé. Bonne formule pour passer une ou deux nuits, le temps de visiter le lac de Côme et des environs, et de se reposer.résidence un peu difficile à trouver.
