Airport Tower Lodge

Comfortable beds, very convenient location for airport. Nice area to relax in, could order in food and sit by the pool area. Honesty bar.

Bathroom a little tired - but totally useable, and the shuttle experience was sketchy. Would have taken an Uber if we had known. The usual driver was apparently not available but the one we had didn't know where we were going or the route. We worried we were being abducted! It was all fine in the end but after a long day of traveling, i had decided to pay a premium for a safe travel experience from the airport. It was not this!

Shower drain was blocked , used the bath tub instead. Reported to staff confirmed they were not aware of the issue but they were going to get it fixed straight away

I would like to start by highlighting the positive aspects of my stay. It was a very pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The hotel felt safe and secure, and everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The overall environment was very welcoming and comfortable. I arrived already at 2 PM and had quite a lot of time to spend before my flight, so it was the perfect place to relax and let the time pass. It was a lovely setting to recharge my batteries and prepare for the journey ahead. The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to rest, and there were also good options available for dinner. Overall, everything was excellent and I had a very enjoyable stay.

The only negative aspect of my stay was that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, which was quite frustrating to discover in the morning when I was getting ready to leave for my flight. In addition, there was no shampoo provided, so I had to use hand soap instead, which was not ideal. I do believe this was most likely just a human oversight rather than a general issue with the hotel, so I would not want to leave a poor rating based solely on this. However, details like toilet paper and shampoo are important essentials, and it is worth paying close attention to making sure these items are always available, as small things like this can unfortunately affect the overall guest experience.

Great breakfast, very good staff, clean and close to airport, 10 minutes by uber.

We liked the staff, very accommodating and friendly, honour bar and great breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean.

It is a bit in an isolating area, very safe, but need food being brought in.
