The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Having to wait for breakfast was not pleasant. The breakfast ordering system should be changed, it should be a buffet. It didn't meet my expectations

Comfortable spacious bed.

I was given the wrong remote and could not enter the property when we got back from a family function. The phone no supplied for after hours emergency did not work.Eventually I had to contact the security company and they got hold of someone to let us in. We also only had 1 towel to share in our room and there was nobody available to ask for more towels when we got back.
