スタッフのみなさんの対応がとても丁寧でした。ホテルと隣にはコンビニがあり便利です。目の前が駅なのにホテルの室内がとても静かで過ごしやすく最高でした。 また宿泊する機会があれば利用します。

"大浴場"

部屋のバスルームのカーテンの下らへんに黒カビが数カ所あり、どうなのか?と思いました。 変わりに大浴場があり助かりました。 浴槽に浸かることができ、足の浮腫も和らぎ、適温で疲れたからだが吹っ飛びました。

口コミよかったけれど実際は受付スタップは表情が柔らかくない。こちらが下手に出ると態度はさらに悪くなって、本来お客様は神様までいかなくても自分達のお給料にも反映するんだという気持ちで、愛を持って接しなくてはいけないと思うのです。　少しのことは例えば明日の天気などは聞かれたらその場で調べて教えるくらいの余裕があっても良いと思います。いちげんさんのみ集客見込めるホテルだと思います。
