I love Kelli she is such an amazing awesome person she helped me surprise my mom into thinking we wasn't going to get a room if was priceless. The tall guy who kept the breakfast coming as well as the other front desk guy helping with keys I love it here. Thank you so much

Had an odd chemical smell 

It was near a restaurant

As soon as I walked in, I was slapped in the face with what only can be described as cheap lavender scented deodorizer. The smell was throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Cranking the AC circulated the air and pushed the smell out. There was no telephone line connecting the telephone with the wall jack. It turns out no rooms had connected telephones, per hotel management. The "free wifi" was only accessible after surviving propaganda promoting Comfort Inn's member services. You had to go through this process each time you logged in. Upon check-in, we did inform the front desk we were traveling with a small pet, so we paid our pay fee. The next morning while I was outside walking my dog, I noticed an individual (male) following me perhaps at a distance of about 15-20 feet. This continued for the entire walk. When my little dog (less than 5 pounds) finally did his business, I used a poop bag to clean the area. I sealed the bag, took it with me, and continued our walk. The trailing man stopped at the "soiled area" and appeared to inspect it. After a moment, he started following us again. When we returned to the main entrance, I deposited the bag into the trash and went inside. The following person also came inside and went behind the lobby desk. It appears this hotel employee had nothing better to do than watch me walk my dog and admire my skill of cleaning up puppy poo. While I understand some pet owners don't clean up after their pets, does this mean stalking hotel guests and their pets to enforce all curbing rules is necessary. My wife (who had begun to experience an allergic reaction to the hotel smell), my dog, and me were more than eager to check out and leave that nightmare behind. Oh, since I couldn't give a score of zero, the "1" is for the location of a restaurant near by.

Beds are worn out and the pillows are a quarter of regular size..

My room didnt have hand bar in shower, bottle cap in door latch, house keeping knocked at 730

Staff was nice but not always present

Doors unlocked at night. Staff not at desk just sitting wherever on the phone. Didn’t feel very secure. Homeless sitting on the bench out front in the morning. Place needs updates and repairs everywhere. Not worth the money.
