Comfort Inn Riviere-du-Loup

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super, le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner inclut est excellent!

The place was clean and nicely presented. Like it was very close from the highway.

There were a smell in the bathroom, probably cause by a bad vent coming from the bathtub plumbing. I let know the teller when I check out.

Pendant 3 nuits, il y'avait aucun changement de draps ou de literie. La salle de bain put vraiment ( ca sent pipi )

The hotel is located on a really great place

The room walls are as thin as paper. I was in a Zoom meeting when my neighbor started yelling and arguing loudly with someone. I asked to change rooms (only one hour after check-in) for my own safety and so I would no longer be disturbed by the situation. Honestly, I was concerned with my security if they called him to complain. At the front desk, I was told they could not move me because they would not have enough time to clean the room in order to rent it again afterward. The breakfast area is also very small, and the staff member working there keeps shouting and speaking loudly to everyone. I took a coffee cup to get some juice (because the juice cups were very small), and she immediately came over to tell me that I had the wrong cup in my hands.
