The stench from lake and rundown facilities.

My room was supposed to be ready at 4 and it wasn’t. When I arrived I was told my room wouldn’t be ready for at least another hour. I had an event at 5 and needed to shower and change. Will never attempt to stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location. The view of the lake was very peaceful.

Shabby decor, 1960s furniture, air conditioner blowing directly on sleepers, kitchen poorly stocked (no bowls, no utensils), contortionist needed to access toilet paper, bath tub looked filthy but probably old and worn down insert

It’s not that I didn’t like the property. It’s just old. But everything worked fine and the bed was very comfortable.

No silverware or plates in the rooms. I was given paper plates for. $300 plus a night room. Not okay. There was no ironing board and the staff didn’t believe me when I told them. I did get one promptly though.

The outside seems unassuming and could use updating but the inside is clean and spacious. We enjoyed the view and the close by shops and atmosphere. We spent hours in the pool and had a ton of fun. Wish we brought our paddle board to enjoy on the lake but next time! The staff was very friendly, helpful and detail oriented.
