VARU by Atmosphere - All Inclusive with Free Transfers

Замечательно провели время. Встретили тепло. Персонал очень хороший, всегда готов помочь, объяснить все. Создают условия все. Кухня нормальная. Не уау, так как разнообразие среднее. Но в целом хорошо было. Номера отличные. Просторно. С детьми там скучно, нет развлекалки для них.

The place is wonderful, a real 'fantasy island', like the famous TV series. Starting with the personnel staff of the hotel, they provided one 'concierge' to us, who could assist us to select best choices of activities in the island and more (he could provide bookings for those activities as well). Furthermore, that staff could be contacted at any time by whatsapp message or call. The location views are stunning and the facilities around the island are the best (bars, restaurants, pools, spa, etc). We full recommend this place to everyone who wants and needs to enjoy some time in a paradise.

A little bit expensive, but it worth while each $ we have spent there. The minibar is filled every day, but it could be more generous, offering more than the usual 2 little bottles of beer daily, as we wanted to spend more time at the balcony of the accommodation with access to the sea.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille avec enfants (10 et 11 ans).L'hôtel est très bien situé. Les restaurants proposent d'excellents menus et les plats sont variés. La piscine et la plage sont très agréables, on peut faire du snorkeling depuis la plage et voir des tas de jolis poissons. On a eu la possibilité de faire des sorties snorkeling en bateau tous les jours. Winston, le coach de la salle de sport est top. C'est vraiment un lieu qui permet le zéro charge mental : on ne se marche pas dessus, pas de monde dans les restaurants ou à la piscine. Dès qu'on est arrivé, on a eu le whatapps du manager et on pouvait lui demander tout ce qu'on voulait juste par SMS : un véritable service de conciergerie très apprécié. We absolutely loved the island. It was a beautiful place. I think what made the stay was that whatever we needed was available to us almost immediately with a whatsapp message. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and had housekeeping service twice a day by Alamar - who was so lovely and friendly. The minibar included was a nice perk and again changing our coke to coke zero was no trouble. The Bayrouge pool was beautiful and service there was quick and of an amazing standard. The massage in the VaruPlan was delightful and had a beautiful outlook of the sea.

Having already given this feedback to the front of house team, our private pool was quite run down with lots of tiles coming lose. If you plan any surprises - make sure you specify this and confirm that they will not mention these bookings upon check in. The staff were very apologetic and made sure our experience was still amazing even with this hiccup. There are lots of extras that you can have if you pay for it - these are VERY EXPENSIVE and come with 17% GPT and 10% service on top.
