Beautiful accomodation, really clean villa and island, great hospitality from personel and enough food opportunities for anyone who likes to vary with food! Special shout out to Nalin (kind and attentive in restaurant), Deepu (kind and attentive in restaurant), Malek (extra clean rooms multiple times a day) and Ankush for the extra attention in the restaurant during our Honeymoon Dinner, and also to the rest of the personel over there not to forget!!

Mooie accommodatie, de omgeving is prachtig en het meeste personeel is gastvrij en attent. Het ontvangst is goed geregeld, echt top! Ook de rondleiding over het eiland was prettig. De start is sterk -en er wordt een beleving gecreëerd- daarna zakt dat wat meer in. De watervilla is heel mooi van binnen en echt een plaatje. Er wordt een aantal keer per dag gecheckt of je je bed opgemaakt wil hebben en schone handdoeken etc!

Geen 5 sterren hotel hospitality. Eten was echt teleurstellend en smaakte nergens maar. Iemand van ons had een voedselvergiftiging en later bleek dat véél andere gasten dit ook hadden na verkeerd eten. Hier werd vanuit Varu nul verantwoordelijkheid over gepakt en het werd afgedaan als een virus. Ontzettend slecht afgehandeld, en ook hierbij absoluut niet hoe je in een 5 sterren hotel verwacht behandeld te worden. Vooral de hospitality matchte niet en dat is écht jammer, want het heeft veel potentie. Onder hospitality wordt niet alleen communicatie verstaan, maar denk o.a ook aan hoe je personeel overkomr. Veel personeel droegen een flinke zweetgeur met zich mee, spraken amper Engels en kwamen niet representatief over. Daarentegen waren ook een aantal personeelsleden juist heel gastvrij en toegankelijk. Binnen zo’n hotel verwacht je consistentie en goede kwaliteit en dat klopte helaas niet met de verwachtingen.
