Ideal location, clean and has all the amenities you’ll need. Check in was seamless and staff were available in case of any issues/queries. Balcony was nice. Staff were very helpful and nice.

The property is quite old so soundproofing isn’t the best which wasn’t the problem, rather the other guests staying in the building were. Guests located in the penthouse were incredibly noisy and disruptive past 10pm (quiet hours) up until 3am for the first 2 nights which meant I got little to no sleep. From slamming doors to moving furniture and stomping around and laughing rather loudly. I genuinely considered leaving and staying at a hotel or something. I spoke to the staff who were understanding and very apologetic and they kindly spoke to the guests which was useful in the end as the noise level wasn’t not nearly as bad as the first 2 nights. If you’re a very light sleeper or sensitive to noise, perhaps consider booking the penthouse apartment as you won’t be bothered by other guests for the most part.

Mais 2 défauts : - La literie beaucoup trop ferme - Et le gros point noir : Le BRUIT : Il y a un coq dans le voisinage tout proche qui chante de 4 à 6 heures du matin L'isolation phonique est très mauvaise, on entend le moindre bruit des appartements voisins Egalement la porte d'entrée qui, quand elle est fermée, claque et vibre en permanence au moindre petit mouvement d'air, ce qui génère du bruit => Le fait que nous ayons ainsi très peu et mal dormi au cours de ces 5 nuits passées sur place a malheureusement gâché notre séjour à Porto et nous n'avons du fait pas apprécié ce logement qui par ailleurs aurait été très bien

Breakfast delivered to the apartment was a pleasant surprise. It was very good and abundant, and had even some variety in different days! The apartment matched the pics and was very clean, and the staff was actively in contact when necessary.

The apartment is very comfy, absolutely stunning and very well-equipped with all you need. The location is perfect, close to metro and walking to the Cathedral is also possible. The patio outside is amazing. We had a lovely time staying at this place.

Schöne, neu renovierte kleine Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, gut erreichbar mit der Metro. Der Zutritt hat gut funktioniert

Thar it was in a really good location. The keyless entry was really good and reliable

Being in the basement there was alot of noise as the main hallway was above the bed and the doors were loud closing and opening also staff were on the phone in the hall we could here. The bed wasnt very comfortable for us and was really loud.

It was quite nice and clean, spacious apartment with a very convenient checking in and out procedures. Very modern inside as well. We had everything that we needed in terms of kitchen utilities and even a perfectly working washing machine.

Then water pressure is not that good. I mean, thats a very small thing especially when we stayed only for 4 nights, but it can become annoying at some point.

Sehr bequeme Betten und sehr sauber. Es war natürlich hellhörig was bei einem alten Haus aber total normal ist und jedem klar sein sollte. Uns hat es nicht gestört und wir fanden die unterkunft super. Gut gelegen und für eine Stadt wie porto dennoch ruhig.
