Clean and great location. 2 women travelling into London. Felt safe, lovely area

Great staff, location, parking, breakfast and on site restaurant. Very good value for money.

The only slight negative is that the room decor is tired and needs updating. I think they are in a renovation programme inside and outside so it will be improving soon. In the meantime they are getting everything else right (see above). The communal areas, bar restaurant etc are all good and it is a lovely old building. The room decor wouldn't stop us staying again. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊

"Only stayed for one night however would consider staying longer, great location, friendly staff and the general cleanlin"

Good location to local shops / restaurants and tube station to Wembley and London. How clean the hotel and room was, free shower toiletries, friendly staff, great breakfast, and bar closes at midnight, with a free carpark. Most important how comfortable the bed was, no bad back in morning, also how quite room was even so close to a main road.

Can’t think of anything, hotel might look a bit tired but reckon that’s because it’s a graded building, but you can’t take away the charm of hotel.
