"Will never stay here again."

Close to venue

Not clean. Mold in refrigerator, pool not clean water was green, moldy and dirty, small roaches in room, floor sticky, no shampoo in room, elevator was not working, we were placed on the 3rd floor. Was told that night they can put in lower floor next day, the am staff would not accommodate the request.

"DON’T STAY HERE"

The location

Hallway carpets were dirty, trash was overflowing and on the floor in each hallway, there was no elevator had to take the stairs with luggage, floor in hotel was horribly dirty, towels were stained, the breakfast was non-existent nothing eatable.

Location

The elevator was not working and we were not made aware of this until after check in. I need a cane and sometimes a walker to get around. I wonder if this hotel is in compliance with the ADA act. The diverter valve for the shower did not work very well. No one on staff offered any help getting our luggage up stairs. I have reservations for this hotel the weekend of October 10th, hopefully these issues will be correct by then, since my reservation is none refundable.

The hotel looked like it was built to be nice. However it has serious neglect in its operations. The Elevator is out & has been for months. Our oil was really dirty. There was toothpaste on the mirror. Dirt in the floors. The dresser was tapped closed because the drawers slide open. They used blue painters tape that had been there for a while. The bed was very comfortable & seemed clean. Only had a sheet. No blanket Towels were stained & had holes in them. Breakfast consisted of white bread. Tater tots & bins of cereal. Along with full gallon of milk in the fridge. Parking lot was full of people drinking. There were random people walking around in the dark without shirts. I spoke to the front desk on checkout & none of my concerns seemed to surprise him
