It was all good

Halls are echoed. The drapes did not fully cover the windows so there was a ton of light coming into the room for the outside lights in the parking lot.

The staff is friendly, but the building is awful. The room itself was clean, but the stairs (no elevator) were filthy. We’re from the Texas coast so we are used to humidity, but the room was very humid upon arrival, and smelled overly musty. We considered leaving without refund, but decided to stay since we were headed out at 3:00am to drive to Snow’s BBQ in Lexington. Lesson learned. Cheap hotels come at a hefty price. Always read all recent reviews first.
