Laredo Mansion

Beautiful old home downtown with a BnB style setup. Stayed in the Mexican Suite and it was beautifully decorated, A/C was perfect, and had access to a nice balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast included on weekends, but would be nice everyday for a truer BnB experience. House was quiet, bed was soft and comfortable. Great location. Cons: Parking can be complicated during the day, shower was a bit small (but expected with a house this vintage) Overall great stay.

Beautiful house, owner was very helpful over the phone. Parking was on the street with a meter but owner covered the cost ao no issue.

Lives in Laredo for 6 years and I had no idea such an amazing place had opened!

If you have business or need to be in downtown Laredo I highly recommend this property over the “box” hotels just outside of town. Convenient, gorgeous, clean, and quiet—except watching and hearing the wild parrots roost at sunset.. a bonus. Check in was self and seamless.

Check in wasnt good I was charged twice and when asked for some type of confirmation nothing was given. Horrible customer service and

It was an interesting place and area. We knew to expect an older house. That’s why we booked it for the character and charm. Very beautiful house but needs a facelift on outside. Common areas inside were beautiful. There’s no check in desk nor check in. It was a code to get in and I had to call the number. It would have been nice to receive an email or note with instructions, amenities and how to use. The site said onsite parking - it was street, which is fine but update that. Hard to park during the day due to businesses around. The site said breakfast included - it wasn’t, unless it was weekend. So update that. The site said towels - we didn’t have any. Luckily we had some beach towels in the car. The AC was off when we got there so it was very hot in the room. We had to wait to cool down. The AC was one of those noisy wall units which is fine cause it drowned out the sound of the train that is very close by. The mattress needs to be replaced as does the pillows. We liked the style of the room and the old furniture but it doesn’t mean the mattress and pillows need to be old too. The person we talked to on phone, Beto, was really nice and so was the housekeeper. It was a good stay, just wished we knew more things and that way, we knew what to expect.

Nice house, recently remodeled. Downtown Laredo, clean property , decent breakfast. If you like French House style , you found it.

Beautifully restored mansion in Laredo. Staff was very hospitable and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
