Nice quite place

The AC made a noise all Night we are not complainers so we just put up with the noise and parking lot had broken glass property needs to better care of certain things

Good choices in breakfast, not too much traffic, upon check in rooms smelled of dampness.

Excellent water pressure. Seconds floor room. No elevator. :-( Stairs are inside the building. Carpet in the room and bed was comfortable. Room was good-sized. Could see our vehicle from the room window.

The tub has a bit of rust - not acceptable. The AC in the room didn't work properly but the manager was great and put us in another room.

Grass around building was good for our dog.

Out dated

The room was clean ,breakfast was good .we stayed there for the indoor pool but it was so dirty you could not get in there. My sister got an eye infection from being in the pool a few minutes

Do NOT use this hotel. We sent 4 of our staff members to a conference hosted in Kerrville on February 26-28 and used this property. The experience at your location was not good and included filthy room conditions, roaches in the rooms, bugs in the bed, and adjoining room doors that would not lock. Management on duty was notified but nothing was ever corrected. One person discovered a live roach in the room and called hotel staff for assistance to get it removed. No one came so she covered it with a wet towel to keep it from crawling around during the night. In another room, one of our supervisors woke up the 2nd morning with some kind of bugs in her hair that must have been in the bed. She had to clean and wash her hair several times to get the insects out of her hair. One other person was assigned a room that had an adjoining door – not to a room with one of our staff members. The adjoining door would not lock to prevent anyone from opening and entering. Maintenance was called and attempted to correct this issue but finally gave up and stated that it could not be fixed and would have to be repaired later. This is not acceptable to put guests in harms way by not having locking doors in outdated rooms. We requested refunds on three of the rooms and all we got was an offer to refund $50 for one night on ONE room. Not acceptable. We have photos and video of the bugs, and other areas in each room that were filthy with dirt and other residue. We would recommend that anyone considering this property – make reservations elsewhere if visiting Kerrville.
