The room was not cleaned properly. Found black hair in shower in hot tub and on back of toilet. Alot of bugs on widow sill. Sheets were stained. No bedding in room for the pullout couch. Telephone was not working, nor were a few of the outlets. Very poor experience.

Adorable little snack shop area. Large and very efficient and cute breakfast area. Great selection of breakfast items. It looks like a brand new pool area that's very well lit with outside light and welcoming. They're newly updating rooms, too, I believe. Or room had a brand new touch screen mirror, and a brand new pull out sofa. Loved our stay!

The fact that this was left unattended in such a public area speaks volumes about the lack of care or cleanliness at this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting.The staff wasn’t very helpful either; they seemed indifferent when I raised the issue about the window and pool area.

The room itself was clean but the shower was disgusting. Black mildew on the ceiling, in the corners of the shower stall, and the drain was one of those steips that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Slimy and full of hair
