Quality Inn Dodge City

The helpfulness of the maids, the easy check in/check out, the long pool hours, the 5 minute drive to the waterpark, being on the main road for all the restaurants and main attractions.

The bed bugs, dirty sheets from the start, the loudness from above us, the cold pool and the hot tub was more of a jacuzzi with little force. The hotel clerk had no access to the supplies to provide for 2-3 hours, and the freezer never froze anything.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was just right for our trip to Dodge City. The am breakfast was great.

After notifying the front desk, we never got a hair dryer. We were told it was in the closet, but it was not. Supplies were weak. Had to ask for the extra roll of toilet paper as only 1/2 of roll had been stocked. We specifically choose this motel for the option of the hot tub and indoor pool. After the day of travel, the pool was clean but very cold. We then went to the hot tub,...which never worked properly. Even after notifying the front desk, who attempted to remedy the situation, the tub never warmed and the jets did not work. Oh well :(

The rooms were clean and a decent size. The staff was very kind.

The hot tub was out of order, the toilet rarely could flush, the beds were very uncomfortable and the traffic was loud all night. For the price of the hotel I wasn’t impressed.

I requested a bottom floor due to health issues. I did not receive the bottom floor and the girl at the desk was not helpful in the situation at all.

The check-in process was efficient and expedited. Both the room and bathroom were maintained in a clean condition. The pool and hot tub facilities were accessible.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. They were not accommodating or understanding of families with young children — especially those with developmental delays. We had paid for two nights but were asked to leave on the second night due to a supposed "noise complaint." When I calmly explained that I have a 2-year-old with possible autism, the staff showed no empathy and simply told us to leave. The most frustrating part was that the noise wasn’t even coming from our room — it was from other kids running and sliding down the hallway. When I pointed this out, the staff dismissed it and insisted we were the problem. Additionally, the hotel has no elevator. Under normal circumstances, this wouldn’t be an issue, but I had recently undergone surgery and was under a lifting restriction. Our room was upstairs, and I struggled to carry our belongings up the stairs. When I requested a ground-floor room, I was told “no” because I had booked online. To top it off, the drink vending machine was either broken or never restocked. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had — completely lacking in compassion, accessibility, and customer service.

Good location.

Our room was out dated and musty. Toilet shifted when you set down. I did like the shower head and pressure.
