No lids for the coffee cups

The toilets don’t flush properly,and very slow,water pressure is terrible,it effects our shower,you can’t shower properly without proper water pressure,rooms are freezing and no way of changing the temperature,floors are freezing,beds aren’t comfortable at all,two people staying in the room and given one bath towel,drains clog,and coffee makers never works,the tv remote never works,no tv channels,tvs don’t work properly,usb ports broken and when issues are brought to front desk?they say repeatedly oh sorry if you have issues you can tell front desk anytime,and nothing done is done none of the issues are resolved

Bathroom doors that jam and do not close properly

Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was directly above the electrical room, so there was a constant electrical hum. When we arrived, the heat in the room had been turned up to the highest setting, so the room was incredibly uncomfortable. It too most of the night with the heat off and the windows open to get the temperature more reasonable. The TV had very few channels, and half of them either didn't work or were unwatchable because of a hissing noise. On the second night, people were moved into the adjoining room who were clearly there to party. We could hear their music, laughter, and every word they were saying. With the hotel mostly empty, this made little sense. It's a good thing we had ear plugs.

Shower head in bathroom leaked all over and TV was static and had to play with cable to make it work some what better

Beds hard , door squeaky, pillows like sand paper, old and musty

Housekeeping was very polite and respectful and asked if I needed anything.

T.v. didn't work properly, kept on asking to pay. Locked me out the night before leaving.
