L 'APPRODO FELICE

The place was clean, has enough towels for each person. There is coffee machine and capsules for it. Sea view is very pleasant. Air conditioning works well. Our room had a big wardrobe.

First of all, there was not a single word that you are sharing balcony, kitchen and living room with other residents. Second of all, the rooms doors are slide doors and they are so close to each other that you can hear every single word of your neighbours. Third of all, the hosts were rude. Maybe for the reason of lack of English language knowledge, maybe because they know they scam people with not writing in booking that apartment is shared. I don’t know, but it was very unpleasant. And the other point was that the living room is used as check in area for newcomers. Hosts are meeting residents there, making payments and talking. No chance to have your coffee in peace. Some people like to share space, but it wasn’t our case. Such a things should be mentioned in description.

Our room was comfortable and had the hottest shower yet in Italy. Its conveniently located around the corner from the entrance to the port - a perfect place to stay before or after taking a ferry from/to Palermo. The self-catering facilities are limited, but there is a big communal refrigerator and freezer.

Stanza piccolissima, letto alla francese con pochissimo spazio tra letto e muro. Non c’era l’armadio ma un semplice appendino a muro con grucce. Bagno molto vecchio e poco curato. Il copriwater completamente ingiallito; teli/asciugamani abbastanza duri
