This was our second time staying at this well managed hotel in Petoskey . Such a nice property . Well maintained with professional courteous staff. The room was very nice with comfortable queen beds for the family . It was located close to the downtown with easy access to restaurants and shops . Little Traverse Bay was easily viewable . We will return .

The lady at the front desk was so rude. I understand that things have changed since COVID; however, when spending $300 plus a night on a room I don’t think asking for them to empty the garbage and take the dirty towels is asking to much. She said they would while we were out, but clearly never told anyone. She didn’t even write down our room number. Perhaps additionally hospitality training is needed for her. Unacceptable. This is my summer trip with my son. Clean towels isn’t shooting for the moon. Disappointed at best.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It is fairly new (build in 2020) and kudos to whomever designed the hotel and surrounding land. We normally don't spend a lot of time in the living area part of a suite, but here, the furniture was so comfortable that we lounged watching shows and eating charcuterie! The addition of an ottoman was key. Also, the long piece of furniture under the TV that held two open carry-ons was great! The back space with the bench swing and Adirondack chairs overlooking a pond was lovely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (I usually have to ask for extra pillows, but didn't need to here). We appreciated the outlets on the bedside lamps. However, we struggled a little getting the temperature right without having the A/C blowing so loudly. It was hard to hear the TV or sleep with how loud the system was. The walk-in shower and shampoo products were nice. The staff was lovely. I would recommend staying here, but still found it pricey for $848.96 for 2 nights. I could stay in a place in NYC for that amount! Marriott, please be fair on pricing.

Coming back in September with entire family because of the hotel stay it’s self made us feel at home

This was an outstanding Courtyard property! The place looks brand new (but opened in 2020) and the service was terrific. Was traveling with wife and 3 kids (6-10), rooms were clean and fresh. Tim’s service at the cafe was top notch. Kids loved the indoor pool as well as the outdoor seating and fire pit. This is what all Courtyards should be like. Property is close to shops and restaurants and downtown Petoskey. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again when in the area.
