I like the apartment.

I think there could be a few extra cosy lamps. F.i. there is no light on the desk in the bedroom

"Exceptional"

We upgraded our room to stay in the main hotel. Staff were helpful and courteous. The amenities are surprisingly varied and would cater for a wide range of visitor. Natural scenery is wonderfully integrated into hotel complex. We almost overlooked the hotel, it has a discrete, private setting with a luxury feel. We had a wonderful stay. We will certainly be back.

Tricky this one. We only had a short stay so didn't test everything. It was the start of season so not everything was open but they were being prepared.

"Good"

I liked the view of the lake. Parking place in front of the house. Luino is not very far.

The traffic noise was very annoying. There was not enough light in the house to make it really comfortable. So a lamp on the desk on the bureau in the sleeping room would have been nice. Also a reading lamp near the couch in the living room.
