The location is close for working downtown, and it is close to nice areas for dining. The room has a lot of room and is clean. I've stayed before and retuned because I thought it was good.

Last time I was on the third floor. This time second floor. You avoid a lot of foot thumping noise by being upstairs. I suggest asking for it. My bathroom door (room 205) was poorly hung and would flop open and crash into the front door. Then it would be hanging open blocking the front door. Seems like that would be obvious to anyone caring for the room and needs to be fixed. No one wants to make a maintenance call when using a room. I did not call because I had a lot of work to do and didn't want the interference.

The breakfast is great! Hot eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Also a full Waffle bar! The staff is friendly and the room is squeaky clean. Also the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in a hotel
