The place is clean and staff if very friendly and great location, Newley remodeled breakfast area. The rooms are big and comfortable, yo won’t be disappointed in the great location Costco is your backyard and many other great shopping and food restaurants to choose from.

Stayed here many times and every time wonderful. Front desk is always friendly, Patrick when I arrived and Diane when I left. Centrally located , Costco next door and close to where my cousin lives which is why I come to Fresno. Rooms are spacious, always cleans and big bathroom with lots of counterspace. Comfy bed with lots of pillows and a refrigerator that the freezer actually freezes. Breakfast has something for everyone. Can't wait to come back in a few months when I visit my cousins again

We usually have a good experience with this hotel and stay when visiting family. Good continental breakfast, coffee availability, comfortable, safe accommodations.

This time our room disappointed us. There was animal urine smell and warping on closed doors near carpet. We had to keep window open and fan on to try to get the smell out.
