Piazza Duomo Deluxe

La struttura è molto carina.La camera era molto ampia e pulita. Scomoda perché non ha l"ascensore .Devi trascinare le valigie sulle scale. Le camere sono nei piani alti. Non rispondono mai al telefono . Si sente troppo la campana del duomo. Nelle mia stanza il riscaldamento era spento . Il controllo si deve fare prima di assegnare la camera e non con dei clienti dentro.

Clean, well organised. Nice roof terrace if you're staying longer than 1 night.

Room was a bit on the small side for 2 people but perfectly ok.

The location was perfect. Loved the roof terrace. Everywhere so clean. The communication with owner was quick to answer

No lift but understand as old building

Pillows were very hard and it was a little confusing to find as there is an error with google maps. Clearer written instructions would be very helpful

The location was great as it was in the middle of the city. The staff was always available and willing to help. Had no issues.

The stairs but wasn't a big deal but it was expected
