"Was an excellent and comfortable stay and I would recommend here anytime."

Breakfast was very good with lots of selection, would have liked some yogurt if I got picky. Staff was really helpful with giving location for supper and things to do and see.

"Worst ever"

I was charged extra 250 cad because Rodeinn claimed someone smoked and that HDMI was taken. This claim is absolutely FALSE. First, my Kids who equally shocked at the claim weren't able to watch the TV because of the absence of HDMI.I resulted at releasing my Laptop to them to watch movies. Second,My entire family are very religious and don't smoke as our believe forbid us doing that.Now Rodeinn has accussed us of same.I have reahced out severally but they maintained their stands that we did all .It was the worst lodging experience so far. We are not given up until justice is served.

This hotel is a decent budget option in Saint John. The location is convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked well, which was a plus. However, the building is a bit dated and could use some modernizing, especially in the bathrooms. It was clean enough for a one-night stay, but don't expect anything fancy. Good if you need a place to crash.

Right when I arrived, the front desk area smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was not a great first impression. Breakfast was also a major letdown. The pancakes were pre-made and served cold, and the omelettes seemed artificial and lacked flavour.

Our experience was extremely bad.

We were charged an additional $250 CAD after our stay, with the explanation that there had been smoking in the room and that an HDMI cord was missing. However, no one in our group smokes, and we were not aware of any missing items. We have disputed these charges, as they do not reflect our experience. Overall, this was disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not recommend the property.

the staff was awesome!

the room - it was 95 degrees the tv didn't work no shampoo there was an entire cheerleading group there and they were LOUD until after midnight
