Travelodge by Wyndham Bridgewater

Friendly staff, nice bed, building not good condition, patio doors almost impossible to open, carpet little gross. The high fee charged by Expedia did not reflect the property. Place to sleep and go

I found that there's no bumper stoppers for the doors leading to the stairwell so you hear it in the room every time someone leaves the floor or comes in especially in the early morning hours when everything is quiet. There's large gaps around the doors so the doors are not sealed tight and the hallway light lights up a third of the room which also explains why you can hear so much inside the room from the hallway and the door that's five rooms down. There's no mention at check-in that if you wanted housekeeping you actually had to request it. It's not a daily occurrence unless you ask. TV cable was intermittent just as I got into a show it froze again and again. Stained chairs that I didn't want to sit on and also took pictures just in case they thought I did it.

The room was so dark and there were not enough lights. Bathroom was not clean can see hair and dust everywhere.

It was comfortable, very clean and nice bathroom. The only disappointment was that the fridge wasn't working.

Older hotel didn’t feel clean. Towels were dark blue for some reason and heavily faded. Breakfast area was way too small, not worth the effort to eat there.

Property needs overhaul

We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Amazing staff especially Joanna as she took care of us like family. She had the best suggestions for restaurants, local must sees and other sites not to be missed during our stay. The location was central to lots of the sites we wanted to see. Our room was very clean, the king bed was so comfortable, had a great sleep and it was very quiet. The breakfast was included with great choices.
