Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist traumhaft!

Da es ein Altbau ist, sind die Wohnungen leider etwas ringhörig

The location was incredible and the apartment with the terrace was well equipped.

There is no insulation from the sounds of voices and footsteps from the apartment above, but I imagine this is to be expected from an old building.

Perfect view over Verona. Lovely apartment with everything you need for a city stay. Beautifully located very close to the old city but also very quiet at night since it’s not the main touristic center of Verona. Would always prefer to stay here compared to a more crowded and potential noisy neighborhood. 10/10, highly recommend!

Great stay, superb location, smooth communication

+ Beautiful view onto Verona from the balcony, altough we were in the ground floor apartment (there are two apartments) + Very usefull and good explanation of the self-cheking process + The requested Prosecco from the own Vineyard was organized and brought to the room, perfect service

- A sunshade on the balcony would be a practical option

View, patio and location were terrific.

The apartment didn't offer toiletries. There was complimentary coffee pods and a couple of beer that was a nice touch. We used both rooms to sleep which meant we needed the hidabed. It was necessary to get host to come by to open the bed/couch because of bent parts. Once opened, we couldn't close for our stay which made the space in kitchen very small. It worked ok but, my suggestion to our host is replace the couch or bend the mechanism to work on demand otherwise remove the idea there is an extra bed as part of the rental. We rented this space for the two beds.

As others have said, location is great and the view is spectacular! The property is a good size and Andrea the host was very good (although we didn't meet) and helpful. He provided written and video instructions to the property before arrival and assistance regarding bus routes during our stay. Communication was very easy and quick whenever needed. There is a small stock of drinks, snacks and breakfast items that was a nice, unexpected touch.

The roughly 113 steps to the property! Have to expect that I guess - but would've appreciated knowing that before booking particularly if I was traveling with anyone with mobility issues. Also the property needs a bit of maintenance and was not quite as pristine as the pictures show. The biggest issue for me was the uneven floor boards which are a trip hazard (I know, because I tripped on them!). It didn't ruin our stay, but something to be aware of (especially if you're a bit clumsy like me!!)

The location is perfect and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and it was easy to communicate with Andrea! Thank you for a great stay!
